Kristjan studied Electrical Technology with emphasis on Electronics at Reykjavík Technical College, has a degree in Systems Analysis from the School of Computer and Engineering in Iceland, and a degree in Internet Marketing from the University of British Columbia in Canada. This well-established site is typically the foundation for subsequent marketing strategies. Olafur has worked as an internet consultant for the past 6 years, but his involvement with the internet is only slightly shorter than the history of the net itself.

Alëx has a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the UK's University of Gloucestershire. Among other things, he has worked as a journalist, a barman, an English teacher and a postman, and remains a part-time preschool assistant. He brings his native English language skills with him, as well as his growing Icelandic vocabulary, his solid understanding of French and his impressive (yet largely pointless) knowledge of flags and capital cities.

Jens oversees and manages Nordic eMarketing's undertakings on the Scandinavian markets. He is a native Swede and has special knowledge of the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian market landscapes. Jens holds a Masters degree in strategic communication from the University of Lund and has previously worked as a Project Manager with an international E-commerce company. As he is based at the Nordic eMarketing head quarters in Reykjavik, Jens is also a keen student of the Icelandic language as well as an interested (and often amazed) observer of Icelandic culture.

Jan is Nordic eMarketing's resident globetrotter. A Finn who grew up in Sweden, Jan has been living in Iceland for over 20 years. He considers New York his second home and is fluent in English, Finnish, Swedish and Icelandic....and he's also not bad in Norwegian, Danish and Faroese.
With a degree in sound engineering from the University of Art and Music in Gothenburg, Jan has worked with the likes of Iron Maiden, the Foo Fighters and Garrison Keillor. The BBC has also used his material both for broadcast and in-house training.
If all this wasn't interesting enough, Jan is also an enthusiastic sailor and has sailed around the world; he is a published author and a professional diving instructor. In the past he has worked as an English teacher and as a fire fighter.
